If you have any new business you’d like to add to an upcoming meeting agenda, please submit this form at least 7 business days prior to the meeting. All requests will be accepted, reviewed by the HDCA Board of Directors, and then prioritized based on the topic/event date and availability on the agenda. Once your topic is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the date of the meeting your topic has been added to with guidelines.
